Brief Introduction:
I am Having more than 30 years of vast experience of working in the field of disabilities and the disability sports, represented the nation at the many international platforms as head coach, coach, disability specialist, as well as the head of the delegate and chief d mission in SO world games, Paralympics games and United nation conventions on right of person with disabilities.
I am a Rehabilitation Practitioner in Autism, ID, CP & MD, & expert in PwDs having Experience working in the field of Disabilities. I served as State Commissioner for PwDs, Social Welfare Department, Govt of Bihar, And also voluntarily associated with SAMARPAN, CHILD CONCERN. Indian Sports Federation of CP & Autism and Past Trustee of Special Olympics Bharat and Joint Secretary- Paralympic Committee of India. I have written 21 Books in the field of Disability, Published 54 research Articles, and exposures of more than 58 Countries to represent India in the field of Disability and Civil Society Organizations.
I have done PhD in (Disability). BMR (Bachelor Degree in Mental Retardation) ,MA (Clin. Psy), B.Ed (Spl-VI), MBA-HR, LLB, C.B.R., E.I.S., Master Trainer (MYAS, Sports),Master Trainer (Care Givers) NT, PG Diploma in Sports Event Management & Diploma in Sports Psychology.
I have been awarded with many prestigious awards as Viklang Bandhu Award, Special Teacher Award, DEROZIO AWARD 2005 , Khel Samman 2007, Bihar Shiksha Ratan, Inspire Hope 2005 International Award & Eunice Kennedy Shriver International Award, Bihar Gaurav Award, Dr. Rajendra Prasad Award and many more.
